                                    Update to our post...

As some of you may know by now we have had another school shooting in our area today; http://blogs.seattletimes.com/today/2014/10/shooting-reported-at-marysville-pilchuck-high-school/
Our hearts go out to all those affected by this tragedy. In hindsight it seems as though we picked a good day to try to make people smile a little...

     Something's for the weekend we thought you might enjoy!

OK, the world seems all topsey turvey right now...so we found a few things we hope will make you smile;

First up is a video put together by John Oliver and comp. It is doggie Supreme Court. You have to take a look at this! It is set up so that you can run your very own audio and make the justices say whatever you like;

Next, here is what happened when President Obama went to vote. You never know who you will run in to;

And lastly; music! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQkBeOisNM0

Have a great weekend!

  1. We watched the Obama one; it was great. :-)

    Our Canadian politicians (Quebec excepted), always have been pretty laid back (in the past), often appearing on a couple of satirical shows and poking fun at themselves. I remember Rick Mercer did a piece with then-Prime Minster Jean Chretien in a Harvey's (fast food outlet). It was hilarious and I remember my jaw dropping at the time. I don't think it's quite the same anymore, with the Harper government!

  4. Catchy song. Don’t touch my girlfriend. He’s just an ordinary guy who’s the POTUS and has to take crap from everyone. I can’t believe that some think he’s the cause of Ebola which is what I was reading earlier today. Hiss!

  5. Thanks for these light-hearted ones, Noodle. We need them after hearing there was another shooting at a school. These are becoming so commonplace these days...people just seem to ignore them. So sad.
