There was civil push back about the civil rights movement, the Viet Nam war,
womans rights, voting rights...sound familiar?
And then there were the protests.
And here we are
right back {or further} than we were back then.
What's really interesting is that those same protesters, put Trump back in office!
So maybe we are having that kumbaya moment...
Would it really be such a bad thing?

As you say, back further than the USA was before. And none of the plans going forward will do anything but harm the US people and aid the competitors elsewhere, including Europe.

Most of us outside the US look on in disbelief as education is placed in peril and the fool in charge makes the country look bad to those outside. Unless the people push back a lot may be lost.
