Freedom...

Oh no! It's time again for all the banging and the booming!
Time for me to hunker down under the bed till it's all over.
I wonder if that's what it sounded like to those people in Turkey, Orlando and New Town?

Some of the faces of the victims of gun violence in 2016.

When I hear people talk about their freedom and how we must protect the second amendment no matter how many people get caught in the cross fire...
I can't help but wonder why those same people don't seem too concerned about the rights and freedom of those who have died and who will die in all of the future shootings.

Have a safe and happy Forth of July...

  5. extremely sad. You have a happy and safe 4th too. Our fireworks were banned (other than public displays), due to a severe drought, but you wouldn't know it based on last night. Tonight and tomorrow night should be "fun" Hate it. catchatwithcarenandcody
