In the 1960s and 70s, where a period of growth and learning and they did.
They lived through the years, and they learned.
Then came the Regan years!
And with that came the back sliding...
The country went from the 2020.s back to the 1950.s
We can all point fingers and blame whoever or whatever...
the fact is we slid backwards and are still sliding!
Now we are in a hole somewhere
Will we NOT fall in it?
Or will we fall so far we never get out?

In 2021, he and his wife decided it would be good to fly the flag upside down!
Which signifies adversity to the United States government and the constitution!
Something every SCOTUS judge really wants to convey???

We woke up to Donald Trump accepting doing at least 2 debates with Joe Biden!
OMG!!!
My take is this will never happen, but...
We also learned that Trump defended Kristi Noem for shooting her puppy, Cricket.
We learned that Donald Trump has been referred to as Cheeto face
So, first there was all the noise about how DT didn't have anyone there for him in court
Then Eric showed up 2 wks in.
Then there was Tommy Tuberville
Next came Vivak Ramasamy. and JD Vance and... the speaker of the house!
Yes, Mike Johnson!
The guy who is 3rd in line for the presidency...
Yep, the speaker of the house has nothing better to do...
than defend Donald Trump!
We were all ready to send out our post, when we learned that DT; s crowd size in New Jersy was so far off!
As opposed to 80K to 100K it was more like 10K to 15K...
that's a huge difference!

Dick Cheney shot a guy right smack dab in his face while they were hunting quail.
The even crazier thing was that in the end that guy apologized to Dick Cheney!
Mr. Cheney has had several heart transplants in his life...maybe the universe is trying to tell him something?
Like "you're not a very nice man sir", or something to that effect.
But it's not for me to judge.
But, the whole shoot him in the face thing, kinda sums up my feelings about Dick Cheney and I wasn't much more impressed when his daughter Liz burst on the scene.
You know that old saying, that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree?
But now I may have to re-think Liz Cheney.
Liz Cheney was one of the only 10 republicans to vote to impeach Trump over the January 6th insurrection.
She knew she was taking a risk and did it anyway and that deserves recognition no matter what I think of her politics.
I will never be a big Liz Cheney fan, but I can appreciate and commend her bravery.
And give her a big atta girl when she steps forward to speak truths, at her own peril.
We will have to wait and see if she forges bravely ahead or if she falters under pressure...
But for now, "atta girl Liz!"

As of today, Trumps Truth Social stock value total is social 9 billion.
The sites users have dropped to around 113,000. So,,
if you divided 9 billion by 113, 000 users...
the value comes to around 80 million dollars per user.
Now all though this isn't the way they value companies,
this would take a whole lot of kitty litter to cover the smell.

WHY DOESN'T HE JUST STOP TALKING?
We were hoping that we wouldn't even have to address this issue. We were hoping he would just fade away like all the other unimportant and momentarily nonsensical whimsy that makes its way into the media these days. He would run his course and some other shiny object would replace him.
But we did not take into account the whole reality TV mentality that a large portion of the population has become addicted to.
Unfortunately, we have become a nation and society who want to be entertained as opposed to being informed.
