We are on a mission.
We want to bring thoughtful, happy, healing, stories and news to you during this time of anxiety and stress.
So lets get started cause there is a lot of nice still out there.
Next time you go for a walk if you are allowed to do so where you reside, you may want to take a closer look because you may be missing something.
There is a hunt going on!
People have begun placing teddy bears in the windows of their houses and apartments as a way to say, "we are here, and we're okay."

So how's this for a fun project...
dig around for an old or new teddy bear and find a prominent place in a window and let the world know you are fighting back!

Happy hunting...

We need to get a teddy bear! We are all in self-isolation (just because that is rather normal for us annyway). But it helps.

ReplyDeleteWell isn't that just a delightful alternative to the candle for 'safe home'?!! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
We have no teddy bears but would a Nip Nana do? Yes, this is tough but oh, so interesting too. It has to be or we’d go nuts.
ReplyDeleteThen again, there is always a good snuggle to keep us all well and positive. Mama and papa can’t go out for walks unless they have their attestation paper that says why they are out. But they could pull their age on the cops...they just would rather not, haha. LOVE and hugs to you all. This will pass one day but for now, it’s a LONG haul. STAY PUT. STAY HOME. Even passing someone who is infected who decides to sneeze or cough just then is dangerous.
Good always comes from bad. Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI love that some of my neighbors have started lighting their Christmas lights again to show there's a light at the end of this darkness. Don't know if anyone could see our bears on the second floor but it's a nice idea.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea ! I am far enough from the road that my windows are out of sight (thank God), but my car is in the driveway and maybe putting one in the back window..One of the neighbors has put a giant white cutout in his trees that appears to be a Yeti.

That is a cute idea. Thanks for spreading some joy. XO
ReplyDeleteImust but a bear in our window. We are back from the road but you can see one of our windows.
ReplyDeleteI like this idea! The world seems like such a lonelier place these days!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Around here, people are having their kids make signs or hearts and putting them in the window.
ReplyDeleteWe saw the Teddy Bear hunt on TV and think it's such a great idea! We live in a building or we'd try to get it started here.
