Today has been awful!
A pipe burst in our building and set off the fire alarm and flooded most of the apartments.
Now we are set up with 24 hour a day for 7 days, industrial drying machines that are blowing dust and germs and who knows what all over the place.
And we have lots of strangers coming in and out, (oh boy Covid).
We could really use some encouraging words...
Hiding in the closet... Noodle.
Purrhaps the closet is covid-free ... paws together! And we hopes there is room in there for your humans, too, with foods (not waters, since you've had too much of that already), toys 'n' treats. Seriously: please dry out quickly, sorry this happened, it is badbadbad. Let the sunshine in ...for a better day!

ReplyDeleteAw heck, Noodle... could you and staff not move out for the duration to a cabin in the mountains or something?!!! Anyway, you have my sympawthee and as long as you keep to your own strict hygiene regime you have every chance of managing this. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
That sounds awful. You will be in my prayers. XO
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you're going through this, Moodle. The closet is prolly the safest place.
ReplyDeleteOH, that is just AWFUL. This weather is the pits!!! I hope so much you will be warm soon and that all those people will bug out! Nice to hear from you after so long. Is there a Noodle now or will there be one in the future? We love Noodle blogs.
ReplyDeleteOh Noodle- we send purrayers and Power of the Paw for you and everbody and pet in your building !
ReplyDeleteUgh! How awful! Hope things dry up soon.
ReplyDeleteOh man, I sure don't miss apartment living. Noodle, I have tons of room here in the southeast mountains and would most certainly be willing to put you and your human up for as long as it takes. Hopefully they'll have that shit cleaned up before long, but in the meantime, stick to the closet!
