Every so often we like to stop, take a breath and see where we are and where we are going.

We have been doing this blog for a while now, but the pandemic hit us hard and was emotionally devastating.

There are a lot of people (and animals!) still suffering. 

Please reach out there is a lot of good help out there. 

So...

we are a cat blog, a political blog, a humor blog with a little satire mixed in. 

We are a story blog, a photography blog...

We try to stay focused. 

We try to give you good truthful information.

We try to be as unbiased as possible.

We want to inform and engage you.

We wanted to pay tribute to good honest journalism in the tradition of, 

Walter Cronkite, Edward R. Murrow, Tim Russert, and Guen Ifill to name a few.

My opinions are just that. my opinions and we always welcome you to express and share yours.

Our goal is to give you information to make you think but more importantly, to make you smile. 

We will try to accomplish these goals with dignity and grace and a sprinkle of humor.
