Give a man a fish...

On Tuesday May 29th, Starbucks closed their doors to 8000 stores.

We wanted to check back and see what happened that day, what people got from it.

What they're going to do next.

We were pleasantly surprised.

We began to wonder, "what if everyone in the country had, had to take the training?"

So, we decided we'd give you all the tools we could find to teach you all to fish if you are so inclined...

You don't have to be a Starbucks employee you can check it out all on your own or with a group of friends or talk about it with your family at dinner.

Watch the videos, read the materials and listen (really listen).

With that, we give you a few fish to begin...

Wouldn't it be great if we all learned to fish!?

Have a wonderful weekend...

  1. Hari OM
It would - if only those who actually need this training had access and interest to take it. This is comprehensive stuff! YAM xx

  2. Good idea to learn to fish. Nothing better than some good fresh fish. Thanks for the tips. Have a great week end.

  3. If only everyone would be kind and nice to all the world would be a much better place Noodle.

  4. It certainly wouldn't hurt but I am afraid it wouldn't last too long. It seems these days are attention is so short that we would have to repeat over and over again.

  5. If only we could get everyone to learn . . .

  6. Thank you for these links, Noodle !

  7. Humans have forgotten how to be nice to each other. Hopefully things will change.

  8. It would be good if everyone could get that training. XO

  9. Fish? I love fish but someone else should catch them. Unfortunately too many are getting their "fishing" lessons from our fearless leader. We need to reprogram them all.

  10. de nice thing bout de animal kingdom;
we due knot judge ore crittta size....

    we eggz cept....

    peer ee ud ~~~~~~ ♥♥♥

  11. I don't love all-employee forced training. Many don't need it and because the basic assumption is "if you are there, you need it", I find that insulting.
