It's Sunday...
On May 4th it was the 50th anniversary of the shootings at Kent State University.
Last Thursday, police in Buffalo, New York pushed a 75 year old peaceful protester on the ground leaving him in serious condition.
Donald trump said he would "make America great again".
Maybe someone should have asked him exactly what he meant by that because America doesn't feel too great these days;
This poll shows that 80% of Americans feel the country is spiraling out of control!
All of this reminded me of something Ronald Regan said in a debate with Jimmy Carter, "are you better off today than you were 4 years ago?"
Well?
Have a wonderful Sunday...

I saw that video of the protester being pushed over, it was very disturbing.
ReplyDeleteKeep the conversation going Noodle, the more we communicate our disapproval, (to put it mildly), the better things will be - let's hope!
ReplyDeleteMy heart hurts for all my American friends . . . 💔
ReplyDeleteWe're living in crazy times, Noodle, and every time we think it's getting better...something else bad happens.
ReplyDeleteIf you're in the top 1%, you're better off. 4 more years of this will def lead to civil war.
