listen children....

Kristi Noem shoots puppies.

Bill Barr twists himself into a pretzel.

Lindsey Grahmann changes his mind as fast as bunnies breed.

In these days of uncertainty and divisiveness,

In a time when we are so divided and seem to have forgotten the golden rule.

we are so very protective of what is ours and what is yours.

we just wanted everyone to take these words into consideration.,

One Tin Soldier, Lyrics:

Listen children to a story that was written long ago
'bout a kindom on a mountain and the valley folk below
on the mountain was a treasure buried deep beneath a stone
and the valley people swore they'd have it for their very own

CHORUS: go ahead and hate your neighbor
go ahead and cheat a friend
do it in the name of heaven
you could justify it in the end
There won't be any trumpets blowing.
come the judgement day
on the bloody morning after
One tin soldier rides away

So the people of the valley sent a message of the hill,
asking for the buried treasure, tons of gold for which they'd kill.
Came an answer from the kingdom "with our brothers we will share.
All the secrets of our mountain, all the riches buried there."

Now the valley cried with anger,"mount your horses, draw your sword"
And they killed the mountain people so they won their just reward.
Now they stood beside the treasure, on the mountain dark and red.
Turned the stone and looks beneath it;

PEACE ON EARTH was all it said.

go ahead and hate your neighbor
go ahead and cheat a friend
do it in the name of heaven
you could justify it in the end
There won't be any trumpets blowing.
come the judgement day
on the bloody morning after
One tin soldier rides away

My crew grew up in the 60"s and was part of the anti-war protests.

It was considered a badge of honor to be able to exercise your 1st amendment rights and protest.

They never believed in violent protests.

Then there was Kent State.....

Life is a funny old dog ...

Here we are 50-60 yrs. later and what?

Collage campus protests are hostile again.?

Please, can we please, pick a lane?!

What really gets me is, those who post and believe they are somehow better and more knowledgeable than the rest of us...

Have a wonderful week!
